Tatjana Cisija is the Senior Administrative Assistant and Registrar for the Ethnicity, Race, and Migration Program at Yale University. She provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to the Program Chair, the Director of Undergraduate Studies, the Director of the Graduate Certificate Program, as well as faculty and students. She has played a key role in organizing and streamlining operations within Yale College, supporting effective program delivery and academic coordination.
 
Tatjana brings extensive experience in academic administration, including program development, project management, and collaboration across diverse constituencies. She also served on the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Interactive Planning Committee (WPS Committee) and Yale’s Clerical and Technical Training and Development Committee.
 
Prior to joining the program, Tatjana worked at the Yale Child Study Center and Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services (IRIS), where she managed programs supporting families and individuals, with a focus on community engagement and service delivery.
 
Tatjana holds an M.A. in Croatian and Serbian Language and Literature, with a double major in the Organization of Cultural Affairs, from the University of Rijeka, Croatia. She is fluent in Croatian, Serbian, English, and German.
