If you are unable to provide a receipt for a P-card charge of $75 or over, you must complete a Missing Receipt form. Please note that this process requires several approvals, and this can cause delays in processing. For this reason, if you are missing a receipt, it is important to submit this form to your business office as soon as possible in order to avoid having your P-card suspended.
